What should I have ready for a coverage check?
Your insurer, TPA or employer name; the planned service; your preferred contact method; and any reference already issued by the payer. Do not upload identity or medical documents through this form.
Does being listed mean every service is covered?
No. Coverage depends on the individual policy or employer plan, exclusions, limits, clinical eligibility and payer authorisation. A listed relationship is not a blanket approval.
What is pre-authorisation?
It is an administrative decision by the payer before certain planned services. The payer may approve, request documents, apply a patient contribution or decline coverage.
Can an organisation request a custom programme?
Yes. RMC can discuss a tailored scope after understanding the population, service needs, administration and operational requirements.
What should I do in an emergency?
Seek urgent clinical help directly. Do not delay emergency care while waiting for online insurance or corporate administration.

Important administrative notice
Coverage remains a decision of the relevant payer.

Confirmation from the relevant payer is required before treatment; emergency clinical decisions are never delayed by administrative status. Website information is general and may change.
